Evolve Corporate Finance relocates to new premises as part of its plans to boost growth

Evolve Corporate Finance, the independent M&A advisory practice, has relocated to new premises in Birmingham City Centre as part of its plans to boost growth.
The firm has relocated to the Arca building, formerly St Philips Point, on Temple Row in Birmingham City Centre, as it prepares for further growth in 2025 and to recruit new talent. The move comes almost three years after the firm's launch and marks another key milestone in its journey, providing additional space and facilities for its team and clients.
Evolve Corporate Finance works with owner-managed businesses, providing a range of M&A advisory services, including helping clients acquire and sell businesses or raise funding, advising on UK and international transactions.
In the last12 months, the firm has advised on a range of high-profile deals in the region, and several international transactions, including the sale of Evesham-based Align-Pilates to Canada-based Merrithew, and most recently, the sales of Nortech Management Holdings to Swedish Nasdaq-listed Vestum, and Avon Freight Group to Ireland-based Primeline Group.
Jonathan Wright, partner at Evolve Corporate Finance, commented: “We are delighted to announce our relocation, which will provide us with additional space to expand our team. Evolve has enjoyed a strong 12 months, having concluded nine transactions across sectors including logistics, energy infrastructure, engineering and manufacturing. The move to the Arca building is a key part of our continued investment in the firm.”
David Neate, partner at Evolve Corporate Finance, added: “Since we launched the firm in 2022, we have delivered growth year-on-year despite a difficult M&A market. In a short space of time, we have built a strong team and brand that is recognised as one of the go-to M&A advisory firms for owner-managed businesses. This latest development is another exciting step for us, and we look forward to welcoming our clients and network into the new office.”
